privacy
Private by default. Honest by design.
This is a plain-language summary of how Bubba handles your information during our private beta. It reflects how we build, and it sits alongside the full legal privacy policy we publish before public launch.
Summary in one line: your dog's data is yours. You choose what to record, and you choose who can see it.
What we collect
During the beta we collect the email you give us to join the waitlist, and — if you use the web app — the care details you choose to record about your dog. You decide what to enter. Nothing about your dog is required to hold a waitlist spot.
How we use it
Your email is used to let you know when early access opens and to share occasional, relevant updates about the beta. Care data you enter is used to show you your dog's record and the trends across it. We do not sell your data.
Who can see your dog's data
Only you, unless you choose to share. Shared care means you can invite a partner, family member, sitter, walker, or vet to see a dog's record. You control who is invited and can remove access at any time.
What Bubba does not do
Bubba does not diagnose, interpret, or give veterinary advice.
Bubba does not replace your vet. Always consult your vet about your dog's health.
Bubba does not sell your personal information.
Your control
You can ask to see the data we hold, correct it, export a dog's record, or delete your account and its data. To make any of these requests, email us and we'll help.
